  • OCM strategy and plan design based on expected change, impact and user readiness.
  • Communication Plan outlining stakeholder engagements.
  • Change Agent Network Plan to mobilise and manage a network of users who support the
    project by keeping a finger on the pulse of the business receiving the implementation.
  • Change Management activity execution.
  • Change Adoption Monitoring throughout the implementation, to track user acceptance
    levels.
In-project Training planning and delivery
  • Training strategy and plan design for effective skills development.
  • Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps and inform training needs, between current user roles and responsibilities vs. the roles and responsibilities to be held in the future, after the system implementation.
  • Training schedule and coordination.
  • Training logistics setup and technical support.
